- Campgrounds that want to promote best-in-class onsite RV service to their onsite clients
- RV dealerships backlogged and short staffed for short or long-term placements
- RV consultants to organize and train RV dealership technician personnel
- RV manufacturers at both the factory level and mobile warranty evaluations and repair
- RV supplier companies specializing in installation and training on a specific product line
We have three levels of Opportunity available nationwide:
- Call Center Technician – Consumer / Campground – Inbound
- Takes the initial contact from a customer available via chat . email . phone . text, does basic qualifying and then connects the customer to the correct RV Technician
- Inside Support RV Technician – Consumer / Campground – Inbound
- Resolves the customers issue or refers/schedules a Mobile RV Technician as appropriate
- Informs the customer about any other non-requested maintenance services that they should consider
- Mobile RV Technician – All Opportunity levels
- Travels to the consumer/campground location to perform the requested work
- For consumers, identifies and informs the customer about any other non-requested repairs or maintenance services that they should consider
